National Autism and Education Parent Survey

The recent NDIS Review has raised a lot of questions for autism families.

One recommendation was for the States to step up and support people with disabilities so that the NDIS isn’t the only ‘lifeboat in the ocean’. That led us to wonder how the States might do that and, more importantly, what effect that will have on children in schools.

This is why we are launching a National Autism and Education Parent Survey, to hear directly from you about your child's education experience. Our goal? To highlight the pressing issues to governments and pave the way for creating a superior schooling environment. An environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and excel.

Your experiences can shine a light on the triumphs and challenges your child faces in their educational journey. By participating in our survey, you’ll be contributing to a greater understanding and awareness that can shape more inclusive and supportive educational environments. Let’s work together to make a difference. Share your story with us today!

If you have a few moments, please click on the survey and tell us how your child is faring in your State's school system. The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete and all responses are confidential.

Thank you for your time and we greatly appreciate your insights.

This survey has now closed - thank you to everyone who completed it and shared their experiences. You can read the summary report for this survey below:
